Urgent Device Repair

Imagine your morning coffee spilling on your computer just when you were about to start work. Now, imagine receiving a replacement within an hour! That is what the Remote Working Helpdesk device repair service offers.

We will collect your broken device (laptop, phone or desktop) for repair, provide you a replacement device while yours is being repaired and return your device when it is repaired.

The cost of the repair is included in your subscription fees, therefore, you do not have to pay for the repair.

Important Terms of service

  • Your device repair service subscription is an add-on to your data protection subscription. You cannot have the device repair service as a stand alone subscription because you will be unable to access your data when we provide you a replacement device.
  • You are ONLY eligible to claim for repair after two months of subscription.
  • Your repair escrow is up to a maximum of £500 per year or 50% of the value of the device. If we determine repair of a device was uneconomical, we will contribute 50% of the value of the device.

  4. It will show a button to Cancel Subscription. Upon Clicking it. Your subscription would be cancelled.
